This collection of short poems explores the dissolution of the self.

For most of our lives, our view of ourselves and each other is as separate beings bound in time and form, but our physical and conscious selves are  only ever temporary and mutable. These poems aim to bring together my dad's love of natural world with recollections of his time with dementia.

If successful, I hope they convey how grief and joy sit together, as inevitable as love and loss.
